Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Passenger Service Executive / Airport Ground Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers at the airport, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding gates, and arrival areas
• Handle passenger inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or passengers with disabilities
• Ensure compliance with all airport security and safety regulations
• Coordinate with other airport staff, including ground handling and airline personnel, to ensure smooth operations
• Handle baggage and cargo, including loading and unloading from aircraft
• Conduct pre-flight checks and assist with boarding procedures
• Provide accurate and up-to-date flight information to passengers
• Handle cash and credit card transactions for airport services, such as excess baggage fees and lounge access
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the check-in counters and boarding gates
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in aviation or customer service is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearance
