Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Passenger Service & Customer Care Representative. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle various customer inquiries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter, boarding gate, and baggage claim area
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about flight schedules, delays, and other travel-related information
- Process ticket changes, upgrades, and cancellations
- Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or passengers with disabilities
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and seamless travel experience for passengers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and safety standards
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty by going above and beyond to meet their needs
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances
