Airport Ground Staff

Job Description: Bluespirit, a leading airport services company, is seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As a member of our ground staff team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient airport experience for our passengers. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival areas - Handle passenger inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules, delays, and baggage - Check and tag baggage according to airline regulations - Coordinate with other ground staff and airport personnel to ensure timely and safe departures and arrivals - Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or disabled individuals - Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the airport terminal - Handle cash and credit card transactions for excess baggage fees and other services - Respond to emergency situations and follow safety protocols - Adhere to all airport and airline regulations and policies - Continuously update knowledge of airport and airline procedures and policies Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds - Basic computer skills - Previous experience in the airline or hospitality industry is a plus We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
