Job Overview: We are currently seeking a Check-in Counter Executive to join our team at the Pune Airport. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the check-in counter operations and providing excellent customer service to all passengers. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome passengers at the check-in counter - Assist passengers with check-in procedures, including issuing boarding passes and luggage tags - Verify passenger identification and travel documents - Handle any special requests or inquiries from passengers - Ensure compliance with airline rules and regulations - Monitor flight schedules and make necessary changes to passenger bookings - Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure smooth operations - Handle any issues or complaints from passengers in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized check-in counter area - Adhere to all safety and security procedures at all times - Provide assistance to passengers with special needs, such as elderly or disabled passengers - Keep updated on airline policies and procedures - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or the airline industry is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Basic computer skills - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds - Must be fluent in English and Hindi, knowledge of other languages is a plus If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a strong interest in the aviation industry, we would love to hear from you!
