As an Airport Passenger Handling Staff, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling. You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers throughout their journey. Your main duties will include but are not limited to: - Greeting and welcoming passengers at the airport - Assisting passengers with check-in procedures - Ensuring all necessary travel documents are in order - Providing information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other relevant information - Assisting passengers with boarding and disembarkation - Handling baggage and ensuring it is loaded and unloaded safely - Responding to passenger inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintaining a clean and organized work area - Following all safety and security protocols as per company and airport regulations To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and customer service skills. You should also be able to work well under pressure and have a positive attitude towards your work. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
