We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with their travel needs and ensuring a smooth and efficient airport experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist passengers at check-in, security, and boarding areas
- Provide information and answer questions about flight schedules, delays, and airport services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist passengers with special needs or disabilities
- Process ticket sales, upgrades, and changes
- Ensure compliance with airport and airline regulations and policies
- Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to company safety and security procedures
- Continuously strive to improve customer service and efficiency
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearances
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position at the airport, which may require working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment. Customer Service Agents may be required to stand for long periods, lift and move baggage, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
