Job Description: We are currently seeking a Boarding Gate Executive/Airport Ground Staff to join our team at the Jaipur airport. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: - Greet passengers at the boarding gate and assist with the boarding process - Ensure all passengers have valid boarding passes and travel documents - Handle any passenger inquiries or concerns in a polite and efficient manner - Assist passengers with special needs or disabilities - Coordinate with the flight crew and ground staff to ensure a timely departure - Conduct security checks and ensure all safety protocols are followed - Handle any last-minute changes or updates to the flight schedule - Maintain a clean and organized boarding gate area - Provide information and directions to passengers as needed - Handle any lost or delayed baggage claims - Adhere to all company policies and procedures - Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearances - Knowledge of local languages and customs is a plus - Must be physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.
