, Permanent Position: Boarding Gate & Check-in Staff Bluespirit, a leading airline company based in Chinthamani, Tamil Nadu, is currently seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Boarding Gate & Check-in Staff. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome passengers as they approach the boarding gate or check-in counter - Check passengers' tickets and travel documents to ensure they are valid - Assist passengers with check-in process, including baggage drop-off and seat selection - Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and gate changes - Ensure all passengers are boarded in an orderly and timely manner - Handle any issues or complaints from passengers in a professional and courteous manner - Collaborate with other airport staff and airline crew to ensure a smooth and efficient boarding process - Adhere to all safety and security procedures at all times - Keep the boarding gate and check-in area clean and organized - Handle cash and credit card transactions for excess baggage fees or upgrades - Assist with special needs passengers and unaccompanied minors - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly - Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time - Must be fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus - Must be legally eligible to work in India If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have the necessary skills and qualifications, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
