As an Airport Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers at the airport. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at the airport, providing a warm and welcoming experience - Check-in passengers and their baggage, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately - Handle inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, delays, and other relevant information - Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or passengers with disabilities - Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and on-time departures - Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and security procedures - Upsell and promote additional services, such as upgrades or travel packages, to enhance the customer experience - Keep up-to-date with airline policies and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to passengers Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Fluent in English and Hindi, knowledge of additional languages is an asset - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearance If you are a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
