Job Description: As a Check-in, Boarding & Passenger Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our flights. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our passengers at all touchpoints, from check-in to boarding and throughout the flight. Your main duties and responsibilities will include: - Greeting and checking in passengers at the airport counter - Assisting passengers with their luggage and directing them to the appropriate boarding gate - Verifying travel documents and issuing boarding passes - Providing information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations - Ensuring the safety and security of passengers during the boarding process - Assisting passengers with special needs or requests, such as wheelchair assistance or dietary requirements - Handling any customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers - Adhering to all safety and security procedures set by the airline and regulatory authorities - Maintaining a clean and organized work area at all times Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work well in a team and independently - Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays - Previous experience in the airline industry or customer service is an asset - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a strong interest in the aviation industry, we would love to hear from you.
