Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Passenger Service Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers and handling various tasks related to airport ground operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter, boarding gate, and arrival hall
- Check passengers' travel documents and ensure they meet all necessary requirements
- Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, baggage allowances, and other airport services
- Handle passenger inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with other departments and airlines to ensure smooth flight operations
- Assist with boarding procedures and ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during the flight
- Handle cash and credit card transactions for excess baggage, upgrades, and other services
- Monitor flight arrivals and departures, and communicate any changes or delays to passengers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the check-in counter and boarding gate
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures and regulations at all times
- Continuously update knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the aviation industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearance.
