Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Passenger Service Executive. As a Passenger Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all passengers at the airport. You will assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and any other inquiries they may have. You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all passengers throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and other designated areas
- Check passengers' travel documents and ensure they are valid
- Assist passengers with baggage check-in and collection
- Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and any other inquiries
- Handle any issues or complaints from passengers in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers by following standard operating procedures
- Communicate effectively with other airport staff and airline personnel to ensure a smooth travel experience for passengers
- Handle cash and process payments for excess baggage, upgrades, and other services
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
