Key Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests

Consult with clients to understand preferences, timelines, and expectations

Research and coordinate reservations, scheduling, and related arrangements

Prepare confirmations, summaries, and organized client documentation

Communicate with service partners to ensure accurate coordination

Manage changes, updates, and adjustments efficiently

Maintain accurate records and detailed client files

Deliver consistent, solution-focused customer service

Qualifications

  • Reside in the United States or Mexico (preferred)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
