About the job Remote Travel Experience Coordinator
We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Experience Coordinators. In this role, you will assist clients with planning, organizing, and coordinating customized travel arrangements while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the process.
This is a fully remote opportunity offering flexible scheduling and comprehensive training. Prior experience in the travel industry is welcome but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and timelines
Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
Coordinate bookings including flights, hotels, cruises, rental cars, and excursions
Prepare detailed itineraries, confirmations, and travel documentation
Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to ensure accurate arrangements
Manage itinerary updates, changes, and client requests professionally
Maintain organized records and client information
Provide timely, responsive customer support from planning through completion
