About the job Remote Client Experience Coordinator
We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Remote Client Experience Coordinators. In this role, you will assist clients with planning and coordinating travel-related services while working closely with established travel suppliers and partners to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
This is a remote, flexible opportunity with full training provided. No prior travel industry experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate travel-related services for leisure trips, business travel, group events, weddings, and sports teams
Consult with clients to understand scheduling needs, budgets, and overall goals
Research destinations, accommodations, excursions, and transportation options
Assist with booking flights, hotels, cruises, rental cars, and event tickets
Prepare and share travel documentation such as itineraries, confirmations, and travel details
Manage changes, updates, or alternative arrangements as needed
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations, industry trends, and travel guidelines
Provide professional, timely customer support throughout the planning process
