Purpose of the Role
  • Lead the commercial strategy of the organization, ensuring revenue growth, market expansion, and the development of a high-performing sales team

  • Oversee all aspects of sales operations, including deal structuring, negotiations, and strategic relationship management

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive overall sales strategy and ensure company sales targets are met

  • Guide and mentor Business Developers on contract negotiations, client deal structuring, and closing tactics

  • Source large, high-quality leads and manage strategic relationships

  • Ensure SOP compliance and improve divisional efficiencies

  • Build and develop a high-performing sales team

Qualifications

  • Minimum: BCom in Business Administration or Marketing

  • Ideal: Postgraduate qualification in Marketing or MBA

Experience

  • 8+ years in senior commercial or sales leadership roles within Solar Power, Manufacturing, or Engineering sectors
