Role Requirements
  • Qualifications: Diploma/Certificate in Software Testing, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field
    • ISTQB Foundation or equivalent 
    • JavaScript/NodeJS knowledge (advantageous)
    • Exposure to Pitstop Pro, Enfocus Switch, CorelDRAW, Adobe Suite
  • Experience: 1+ years in testing, QA, or print production
  • Skills: Manual testing, defect logging, regression testing, file preparation for print, detail orientation, documentation, collaboration
  • Competencies: Analytical testing approach, curiosity, communication, continuous improvement mindset, reliability
  • Unique Work Conditions: 24-hour operation
Key Performance Areas
  • Execute test cases and report defects accurately
  • Deliver validated, error-free print-ready files
  • Collaborate effectively with engineers, artists, and QA team
  • Learn and upskill in automation tools and processes
  • Identify and escalate issues with recommendations
  • Replicate support issues for root cause analysis
