Are you a quality-driven professional with experience in wind farm construction, engineering or heavy lifting projects?

Boardroom Appointments is recruiting an experienced QA/QC Officer on behalf of our client, a global leader in heavy lifting and engineered transport solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to major renewable energy projects while ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance and operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections and audits across project operations.
• Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems aligned with ISO 9001.
• Monitor compliance with project specifications, technical requirements and quality standards.
• Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective actions and quality documentation.
• Review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and maintain inspection records.
• Support client audits, project reporting and quality handover documentation.
• Work closely with project teams, engineers and subcontractors.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years' relevant QA/QC experience.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001.
• Practical experience with inspections, audits, NCRs and quality documentation.
• Experience within construction, engineering, mining or heavy lifting environments.
• Wind farm / wind turbine installation project experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Willingness to work in a demanding project-site environment.
