Industrial Projects Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering, technical, and operational projects from initiation to completion.
 - Apply industrial engineering tools such as value stream mapping, time-and-motion studies, and root cause analysis to inform process improvements.
 - Maintain issue logs and risk registers, including corresponding mitigation plans and resolution updates.
 - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate current operational processes and identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement.
 - Ensure full compliance with The Companys health, safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout all phases of each project.
 
Minimum Skills and Knowledge Required
- Bachelors degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production management, or a related technical field.
 - Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar improvement methodologies is advantageous.
 - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is advantageous.
 - Minimum of 3-5 years experience in industrial engineering or process improvement, preferably in high-SKU manufacturing environments.
 - Strong project management experience in operational or manufacturing settings.
 - Experience in layout planning, lean implementation, and process improvements.
 - Practical knowledge of Lean methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Six Sigma.
