About the job SIAM Manager (Contract – 3 Months)
Role PurposeTo oversee and manage multiple IT service providers, ensuring seamless service delivery, integration, and performance across all vendors in alignment with business objectives.Key Responsibilities1. Service Integration & Governance
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of IT services across multiple vendors
- Ensure all service providers operate within agreed SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs
- Establish and maintain a SIAM governance framework
2. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and external service providers
- Conduct regular service review meetings with vendors
- Manage vendor performance and drive continuous improvement
3. Incident, Problem & Change Management
- Oversee major incident management and ensure timely resolution
- Ensure proper problem management processes are followed to prevent recurrence
- Govern change management across all service providers
4. Service Performance & Reporting
- Monitor and report on service performance metrics
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve service delivery
- Ensure transparency and accountability across vendors
5. Transition & Knowledge Management
- Ensure smooth transition of services (especially during handover period)
- Support knowledge transfer to internal teams (Harmony) before contract ends
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in a SIAM Manager / Service Delivery Manager / IT Operations Manager role
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks (ITIL certification preferred)
- Experience managing multiple vendors and outsourced services
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
