Role PurposeTo oversee and manage multiple IT service providers, ensuring seamless service delivery, integration, and performance across all vendors in alignment with business objectives.Key Responsibilities1. Service Integration & Governance

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of IT services across multiple vendors
  • Ensure all service providers operate within agreed SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs
  • Establish and maintain a SIAM governance framework

2. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and external service providers
  • Conduct regular service review meetings with vendors
  • Manage vendor performance and drive continuous improvement

3. Incident, Problem & Change Management

  • Oversee major incident management and ensure timely resolution
  • Ensure proper problem management processes are followed to prevent recurrence
  • Govern change management across all service providers

4. Service Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor and report on service performance metrics
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve service delivery
  • Ensure transparency and accountability across vendors

5. Transition & Knowledge Management

  • Ensure smooth transition of services (especially during handover period)
  • Support knowledge transfer to internal teams (Harmony) before contract ends

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven experience in a SIAM Manager / Service Delivery Manager / IT Operations Manager role
  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks (ITIL certification preferred)
  • Experience managing multiple vendors and outsourced services
  • Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
