Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (essential).
- 3+ years proven experience working in a social media specialist role or similar, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry (essential).
- In depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices (essential).
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
- As a Social Media Specialist within the Corporate Communications & Public Relations department, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our company's digital footprint and enhancing brand visibility across social media platforms.
- Working closely with the PR & Communications team, you will ensure consistency in messaging while effectively bridging the gap between the business and external agencies.
