About the job Internal Sales Coordinator
Internal Sales Coordinator - 9 Month Contract
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant post-matric qualification (Degree is advantageous)
- 3 years working experience in a Customer Service or similar role
- Excellent computer skills especially in Excel (SAP experience will be advantageous)
Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining outstanding customer service and excellent customer relations

Capturing and loading orders from customers via telephone and/or email

Managing customer back-orders and updating all relevant parties

Administering and maintaining all documents pertaining to customer orders

Coordinating delivery requirements with the Distribution team

Ensuring deliveries are made in accordance with The Company's objective of satisfying customer requirements

Providing customers with required reports (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)

Preparing price increase letters
-
Updating and ensuring customer information in SAP is correct
