Internal Sales Coordinator - 9 Month Contract

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant post-matric qualification (Degree is advantageous)
  • 3 years working experience in a Customer Service or similar role
  • Excellent computer skills especially in Excel (SAP experience will be advantageous)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining outstanding customer service and excellent customer relations

  • Capturing and loading orders from customers via telephone and/or email

  • Managing customer back-orders and updating all relevant parties

  • Administering and maintaining all documents pertaining to customer orders

  • Coordinating delivery requirements with the Distribution team

  • Ensuring deliveries are made in accordance with The Company's objective of satisfying customer requirements

  • Providing customers with required reports (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)

  • Preparing price increase letters

  • Updating and ensuring customer information in SAP is correct
