Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor of Commerce degree (in Accounting or Taxation)
- Post-graduate qualification in Taxation
- Industry relevant experience will be an advantage.
- At least 5 years experience in Tax
- Adherence to principles and values

Responsibilities:
- Domestic Tax
- Income Tax
- Capital Gains Tax
- Mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations
- Dividends tax
- Tax dispute resolution
- Opinion writing
- Tax packs preparation and review, ITR14 preparation, review and submission
- Objections, appeals, ADR
- VAT (ad hoc)
- PAYE (ad hoc)
- Customs
- International Tax
- Transfer pricing
- Country-by-Country reporting
- Controlled foreign companies and IT10B returns.
- Mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations
- Foreign tax credits, withholding taxes and double tax agreements.
- Opinion writing
- Ad hoc requests/ Special Assignments
- Execute special tax reviews or ad hoc tax projects.
- Assist in the performance of special reviews requested by management.
- Prepare clear and concise reports for ad hoc projects/assignments, and further present the reports to management.
- Execute/assist in completion of all tax work in accordance with quality standards.
- Ensure tax business is conducted in accordance with quality standards and code of ethics.
- Prepare clear and concise reports for tax and ad hoc engagements performed.
