New Business Development Manager 

Job purpose:

Purpose of role is to develop new profitable business within the B2B Direct Business sector, in line with companys growth

Minimum requirements: 

  • Tertiary Qualification in Sales, Business Administration, Engineering or relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience with a demonstrable track record and skills/experience in Sales and Marketing.
  • Strong demonstrated track record of business development within the B2B sector and improving market share in identified priority sectors (mining, industrial, construction, fleet).
  • Knowledge of the petrochemical and energy industry. Knowledge of B2B Lubricants supply is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Syspro is advantageous
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tool is advantageous
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Internal and external Stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong Analytical Skills (monitor, analysis, and provide recommendation)
