Minimum requirements:

  • Matric
  • +/- 2 years Administrative experience
  • Administration experience in the FMCG logistics industry will be advantageous
  • Strong Admin skills

  • Able to apply basic health and safety procedures relevant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general queries (operational and sales)
  • Ensure relationships is managed between Key and all stakeholders
  • Conduct and manage asset checks
  • Assist with stock control
  • Perform all admin duties around the depot (operations, reps, sales etc.)
  • Ensure standards of Health and Safety procedures are followed
  • Ensure that security requirements and procedures are always followed
  • Maintain housekeeping standards daily
  • Ensure correct dress codes are followed
  • Assist in relevant operations/operational functions as required
  • Supervise all administration processes carried out in operations
  • Investigate claims and ensure all documentation submitted in time
  • Health and Safety is enforced in operations and administrative function
  • Capturing and printing of invoices
  • Monitor and report on service levels and KPIs
  • Assist operations supervisor where required and be his back up
  • Ensure that all filing is done and records are kept up to date
