Requirements:

• Apply a set of tasks and techniques to work as a liaison among stakeholders
• Understand the problems, opportunities, needs, structure, policies, and operations of the organization
• Work on large, high-risk, and complex projects
• Recommend solutions to enable the organization to achieve its goals
• Elicit and analyze the actual needs of stakeholders
• Facilitate communication between organizational units
• Play a central role in aligning the needs of business units with the capabilities delivered by information technology
• Serve as a translator between business units and IT groups
• Have years of deep practical experience in the role
• Perform business analysis in a variety of complex situations with repeated practice
