Required Experience:

  • Proven experience in fulfilling customer orders and implementing UCC solutions and products.
  • Specific experience with SIP Trunks, Hunt Lines, HPBX, MPBX, Contact Centre Solutions, WebEx, Operator Connect, Microsoft Teams (including Direct Connect), and Call Recording Solutions.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Experience with NetAxis APIO and BroadWorks.
  • Familiarity with Yealink and Polycom phones.

Required Certifications:

  • CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
  • Ribbon SBC (Session Border Controller) Certification
  • BroadWorks Certification
  • WebEx Technical Certification
  • Call Cabinet Training

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure UCC solutions for various clients.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored UCC solutions.
  • Integrate and troubleshoot SIP trunks, Hunt Lines, HPBX, MPBX, and Contact Centre solutions.
  • Set up and manage WebEx, Operator Connect, and MS Teams Direct Connect.
  • Configure and maintain Call Recording solutions.
  • Utilize NetAxis APIO and BroadWorks platforms effectively.
  • Ensure seamless operation of Yealink and Polycom phones within the UCC ecosystem.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on deployed solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to UCC.
