Minimum Requirements:
- Qualification in Information Technology or Information Systems
- Certification and working knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies (e.g. TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, etc.)
- Digital Transformation Strategy ITIL Foundation
- Certified Required Experience: Leading and managing software development teams
- Comprehensive understanding of majority software development methodologies including agile
- Strong change management skills
- Customer focused software design principles using design thinking principles
- Project and operational risk management
- Budget planning, forecasting and control
- Strategic and visionary software expert
- Enterprise and Solution Architecture
Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the development of solution architectures in specific business, infrastructure or functional areas
- Identifies and evaluates alternative architectures and the trade-offs in cost, performance and scalability
- Produces specifications of cloud-based or on-premises components, tiers and interfaces, for translation into detailed designs using selected services and products.
- Management of full software development cycle
- Strong stakeholder engagement Effective communication strategy to ensure organization readiness and application adoption
- Liaising with operational environments for Go-Live opportunities.
- Document review and approval (Specification, Technical Blueprints, Training, User manuals)
- Supports a change programme or project through the preparation of technical plans and application of design principles that comply with enterprise and solution architecture standards.
- Takes responsibility for understanding client requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis and problem resolution
- Embed Enterprise Architecture framework (APQC) within organisation
- Mapping technology to EA business model Evaluate and solutioning of technology for sustainable business value
- Engaging with strategic technology partners and vendors
- Reporting on process progress and change management
