Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- 5 years Management Experience in Operations
- Able to develop and implement logistic systems and techniques which will impact on the organization as an administration whole.
- Able to manage all functions of logistics in the organization.
- Able to determine and develop logistic strategy for entire organisation.
- Knowledge of all functions of logistics which will impact the entire organization.
- Knowledge of strategy pertaining to logistics.
- Knowledge of latest developments in the logistics field.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that debriefing and pre-briefing standards are adhered to by ensuring that the Agents / Debriefers, Drivers and all related staff perform their duties to the required standard.
- Maintain Branch Efficiencies by ensuring that Company Procedures are implemented and adhered to.
- Ensure optimized staff utilization.
- Take full control and responsibility of all staff and their duties.
- Ensure all staff follow processes and procedures.
- Handling operational queries and problems timeously and efficiently
- Ensure that Agents / Debriefers debrief thoroughly according to Debriefing Procedure
- Ensure that Debriefers inspect vehicles thoroughly and report damages to Fleet Manager immediately.
- Ensure Customer service levels are met at all times.
