Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Completed)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the logistics or warehousing industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics processes, and supply chain management.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to established deadlines and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and proactively manage changes in project scope.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables.
- Evaluate project outcomes and performance against established metrics and KPIs.
- Report project status, risks, and opportunities to senior management regularly.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse operations.
