Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (Completed)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the logistics or warehousing industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics processes, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to established deadlines and within budget. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, scope, and objectives. 
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and proactively manage changes in project scope.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables. 
  • Evaluate project outcomes and performance against established metrics and KPIs.
  • Report project status, risks, and opportunities to senior management regularly.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse operations.
