Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with extensive experience in the banking sector and a proven track record in transformation projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of banking processes, systems, and regulations, along with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable insights and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for transformation initiatives within the banking domain.
- Conduct thorough analysis of current banking processes, systems, and operations to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed business requirements documentation, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Assist in the design and implementation of innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
- Conduct impact assessments and risk analysis to ensure successful implementation of proposed changes.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Provide support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and post-implementation review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry.
- Proven experience in leading or supporting transformation projects within banking institutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in French or Dutch is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, Basel III) is preferred.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
