Minimum Requirements:
- Matric [Degree advantageous]
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Stores and Dispatch environment
- Stock management experience
- Experience in supervising and scheduling of staff [advantageous]
- Driver's license and own vehicle essential
Responsibilities:
- Stock Management: Monitoring stock levels, coordinating replenishments, and ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Customer Service Liaising with customers on stock needs, capturing orders, planning deliveries, preparing daily site reports, and managing customer complaints.
- Safety and Housekeeping: Ensuring a clean and safe work environment, including fleet housekeeping.
- People Supervising and scheduling staff, monitoring timekeeping, and supporting performance management.
