Floating Team Leader - Midlands

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric [Degree advantageous]
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Stores and Dispatch environment
  • Stock management experience
  • Experience in supervising and scheduling of staff [advantageous]
  • Driver's license and own vehicle essential

Responsibilities:

  • Stock Management: Monitoring stock levels, coordinating replenishments, and ensuring inventory accuracy.
  • Customer Service Liaising with customers on stock needs, capturing orders, planning deliveries, preparing daily site reports, and managing customer complaints.
  • Safety and Housekeeping: Ensuring a clean and safe work environment, including fleet housekeeping.
  • People Supervising and scheduling staff, monitoring timekeeping, and supporting performance management.
