As a Cisco Unified Communications Manager L3, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of all the technical aspects of our communication infrastructure.

  3. Own the problem domain and provide the best fit and best value solution, helping with the sale and deployment.
  4. Installations and configuration of Cisco Unified Communications manager 9.X,10.X.11.X 12.X
  5. Installations and configuration of Cisco Call Manager Express
  6. Deployment and Maintenance of Cisco IP Phones (6921,7960, 7941,7975,7980,7912,9951).
  7. Configuration of IP soft phone, Cisco IP Communicator.
  8. Configuring and Troubleshooting FXS and FXO ports on Cisco Call Manager.
  9. Configuration of Route pattern, Route List, Partition, and Calling Search Space on Cisco Call Manager.
  10. Configuring IP Phones with BULK ADMINISTRATION TOOL.
  11. Configure Cisco Call Manager and the client PC to enable the Cisco Attendant Console.
  12. Configuration of Call Signalling Protocols on Voice Gateways H.323 and MGCP.
  13. Configuring and Troubleshooting Survivable Remote Site Telephony.
  14. Implementation and configuration of Gateway and Gatekeepers.
  15. Integration of Cisco Unity Express with Cisco Unified Communications Manager
  16. Configuring and Troubleshooting Dial Peers on 2600, 1700, 2800, 6500, 2921 series Routers
  17. Real-time monitoring of the Devices using RTMT.
  18. Configuration of Cisco Routers and Voice VLAN configuration on Cisco Switches.
  19. Jabber
  20. Expressway
  21. Webex
  22. Patching

Qualifications

  1. Cisco Unified Communications Manager L3 certification preferred
  2. 7 -10 years of experience in a voice or video solution, preferably Cisco UCM.
