Talent Acquisition Specialist - CONTRACT position

Requirements:

  • Control expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs.
  • Ensure candidates are appropriately matched to roles to prevent inefficiencies and financial losses due to increased turnover,
    supervision, or training.
  • Compile reports that track progress and guide businesses to make informed decisions.
  • Develop, encourage, and nurture collaborative relationships across areas of specialization.

  • Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for your own development.
  • Provide input into the development of the tactical strategy, and develop and implement a supporting operational strategy.
