About the job Learning and Development Specialist
Minimum Requirements:
- Tertiary Qualification in HRD or HRM
- SDF Certification
- 3-5 Years experience in planning and coordinating training interventions at national level.
- 3-5 years experience on BEE123 System
- 3-5 years experience in HR and BBBEE audits
- 3-5 years experience in grant applications
- Proven track record as a competent Learning and Development Specialist
- Strong Project management skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects
- Knowledge and understanding of labour and skills related legislations
- Strong understanding of SETA and QCTO process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (able to communicate with all levels from blue collar to white collar)
- Problem-solving aptitude
Responsibilities:
- A seasoned Learning and Development will be responsible for comprehensive planning, coordination and administration of learning and development interventions.
- Ensuring compliance with skills development related regulations as well as audit requirements.
