Minimum Requirements:

  • Tertiary Qualification in HRD or HRM
  • SDF Certification
  • 3-5 Years experience in planning and coordinating training interventions at national level.
  • 3-5 years experience on BEE123 System
  • 3-5 years experience in HR and BBBEE audits
  • 3-5 years experience in grant applications
  • Proven track record as a competent Learning and Development Specialist
  • Strong Project management skills
  • The ability to manage multiple projects
  • Knowledge and understanding of labour and skills related legislations
  • Strong understanding of SETA and QCTO process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (able to communicate with all levels from blue collar to white collar)
  • Problem-solving aptitude

Responsibilities:

  • A seasoned Learning and Development will be responsible for comprehensive planning, coordination and administration of learning and development interventions. 
  • Ensuring compliance with skills development related regulations as well as audit requirements.
