Position Overview:

As a Junior General Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment process. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone looking to kick-start their career in recruitment and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Candidate Sourcing:

    • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various job roles.
  2. Screening and Interviewing:

    • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications.
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
  3. Client and Candidate Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates.
    • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates regarding their application status.
  4. Administrative Support:

    • Assist in drafting job postings and advertisements.
    • Maintain accurate candidate records in our database.
    • Handle general administrative tasks related to the recruitment process.
  5. Market Research:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices to provide valuable insights during the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior recruitment or HR experience is a plus but not required.
