General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create, schedule, and post content across various social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Analyse social media metrics and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the graphic design team to ensure engaging graphics and visuals for social media posts
  • Collaborate with the web development team to finalize and optimize landing pages.
  • Conduct keyword research and integrate SEO best practices into website content.
  • Create, review, and edit content to ensure it aligns with SEO strategies.
  • Monitor and analyse website traffic using tools like Google Analytics, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  • Ensure the website is SEO-friendly, including proper use of meta tags, alt texts, and internal linking.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and managing their accounts effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status, campaign performance, and upcoming initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns.
  • Lead and manage digital marketing projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Be willing to participate in projects and tasks outside the core scope of social media, SEO, and account management as needed.
  • Assist with various internal company projects and initiatives that may arise, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Collaborate with different departments to support the overall goals and objectives of the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Strategic Brand Management, Marketing Communications, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles -beneficial
  • Understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices -beneficial
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
