Senior Contracts Manager

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, along with project management certification or equivalent
• 15+ years experience in managing construction projects, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget
• Experience in data centre construction is highly desirable
• Willing to relocate to Ghana for project's duration

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Direct and oversee all phases of the construction project, from planning and initiation through to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
• Contract and Procurement Oversight: Handle contract negotiations, oversee procurement processes, and manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, prepare detailed reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the project.
• Safety Management: Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on-site.
