As an IT Recruitment Researcher you will play a pivotal role in identifying, sourcing, and engaging top IT talent to support our clients' staffing needs. You will work closely with our recruitment team to build a robust pipeline of IT professionals and ensure a steady stream of qualified candidates for our clients. Your research and sourcing skills will be instrumental in helping us match the right talent with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various online platforms, databases, and tools to identify and source potential IT candidates.
  2. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and labor market insights to inform talent acquisition strategies.
  3. Candidate Engagement: Initiate contact with potential candidates through emails, messages, and phone calls, and build and maintain relationships with them.
  4. Candidate Screening: Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  5. Database Management: Maintain accurate and organized candidate databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
  6. Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on candidate pipeline status, sourcing efforts, and recruitment metrics.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and collaborate on candidate submissions.
  8. Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and meetups to expand your network and knowledge of the IT talent market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in IT recruitment or sourcing (preferred).
  • Familiarity with various IT roles, technologies, and skillsets.
  • Strong research and sourcing skills, including the use of LinkedIn and other professional networks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
