Position Overview:
As an Intermediate Finance Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top-tier finance professionals to support our company's growth. Your expertise in finance recruitment will contribute to building a talented and high-performing finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, industry events, and referrals, to identify and engage finance professionals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Candidate Assessment and Evaluation:
- Review resumes and applications, conduct in-depth interviews, and assess candidates' technical and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their specific hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide guidance and expertise in talent acquisition to hiring managers.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing regular feedback and maintaining clear communication.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the organization.
- Market Research:
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices to provide insights that support the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in finance recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong understanding of finance roles, industry trends, and technical skills required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
