Position Overview:

As an Intermediate Finance Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top-tier finance professionals to support our company's growth. Your expertise in finance recruitment will contribute to building a talented and high-performing finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

    • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, industry events, and referrals, to identify and engage finance professionals.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  2. Candidate Assessment and Evaluation:

    • Review resumes and applications, conduct in-depth interviews, and assess candidates' technical and cultural fit.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their specific hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Provide guidance and expertise in talent acquisition to hiring managers.
  4. Candidate Experience:

    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing regular feedback and maintaining clear communication.
    • Act as a brand ambassador for the organization.
  5. Market Research:

    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices to provide insights that support the hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in finance recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of finance roles, industry trends, and technical skills required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
