Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related discipline.
  • Completed or currently completing a Business System Analysis course.
  • At least 2-3 years experience as a Business Analyst.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Stakeholder Collaboration & Relationship Management
  • Lead discussions with customers to determine expectations and requirements.
  • Effectively communicate solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
    Measures:
    • Customer service feedback and satisfaction surveys.
    • Positive stakeholder feedback on solutions and engagements.
2. Business Problem Analysis & Solution Recommendation
  • Gather and document business and technical requirements.
  • Assess technical viability and recommend optimal solutions within scope and budget.
  • Document workflows, business processes, and obtain sign-offs.
    Measures:
    • Effective selection and implementation of solutions.
    • Timely and successful delivery of internal and external solutions.
    • Quality of business requirement documentation.
3. Risk Identification & Resolution
  • Monitor and resolve issues, conflicts, and dependencies.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement.
    Measures:
    • Effective issue and risk management.
    • Positive feedback from project stakeholders.
4. Technical Advisory & Documentation
  • Provide consulting services on The Companys platforms and 3rd party systems.
  • Maintain clear documentation of platform enhancements.
    Measures:
    • Customer satisfaction with technical support.
    • Volume and quality of documentation enhancements.
5. Project Execution
  • Translate business requirements into Jira tickets for the development team.
  • Facilitate UAT testing and report issues.
  • Act as a liaison between business and development teams.
    Measures:
    • Clarity and completeness of Jira tickets.
    • UAT completion and go-live readiness.
    • Positive developer and stakeholder feedback.
6. Technical Support
  • Provide Level 3 technical support for live environments.
  • Perform root cause analysis and debugging.
    Measures:
    • Resolution of issues within SLA targets.
    • Successful problem remediation.
7. Solution Quality Assurance
  • Oversee testing and validation of technology solutions.
    Measures:
    • 3 client-reported UAT bugs per project.
8. Way of Work
  • Ensure language use (UK English), formatting, and document accuracy.
  • Meet all quality, compliance, and approval standards.
    Measures:
    • Proper grammar, punctuation, formatting.
    • Adherence to approval workflows.
    • On-time task execution.
9. Time-Sheet Management
  • Weekly time logging using Jira Tempo with accurate project code allocation.
    Measures:
    • Accurate and timeous timesheet submissions.
    • Minimum average of 8 hours logged per workday.
10. Business Risk Management
  • Comply with company policies and complete all mandatory training.
  • Proactively identify and report risks.
    Measures:
    • No policy violations or incidents.
    • On-time training completion.
    • Active risk reporting and management engagement.
