The successful candidate will play a vital part in maintaining accurate financial records, managing daily transactions, and improving financial processes as the business continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records and perform daily reconciliations (bank, suppliers, and journals).

Manage accounts payable and receivable with accuracy and timeliness.

Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.

Support stock control and cost accounting processes.

Help implement and refine financial workflows and reporting systems.

Ensure all supplier and customer data is accurate and up to date.

Work closely with management to deliver timely financial insights.

Maintain organized filing systems for all financial documentation.
Requirements
-
Minimum 2 years experience in a finance or accounting support role.

Proficiency in Xero (essential).

Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, and reconciliations).

Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Proactive problem-solver with a positive, learning-oriented mindset.

Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or production environments is advantageous.

Studying toward or interested in pursuing accounting qualifications (SAIPA, CIMA, or SAICA) will be beneficial.
