Knowledge and Requirements:

1. Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.

2. Experience supervising or coordinating technical staff.

3. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.

4. Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory compliance.

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with homeowners, management, and staff.

6. Physically fit and able to handle the demands of property maintenance.

7. High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade certifications are a plus.


Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in a villa, resort, or hotel environment.

Functions and Responsibilities: 

1. Supervise and coordinate the pool technician and any other maintenance support staff.

2. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.

3. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

4. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, health regulations, and villa standards.

5. Maintain accurate maintenance records and report major issues to management.

6. Collaborate with villa management and staff to ensure seamless operations.

7. Assist with setup, inspections, and preparation for guest arrivals.

8. Serve as an on-call point of contact to respond promptly to any maintenance issues that may arise outside regular hours
