The Role: B2B Digital Sales Specialist
We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Digital Sales Specialist to join our fast-paced IT Sales environment. In this role, you'll combine relationship-building, consultative selling, and lead management to generate business opportunities and guide clients through the sales funnel. You'll collaborate across channels, leveraging your expertise to qualify leads and lay the foundation for long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound B2B sales activities across phone, email, video, and social media.
- Identify and engage with alternative decision-makers using Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
- Actively manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, driving prospects through every stage of the funnel.
- Document all customer and prospect interactions accurately in Salesforce or the designated CRM tool.
- Qualify leads and transition them seamlessly to the onboarding team to advance the customer journey.
- Track, analyze, and report daily, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics to achieve sales targets.
- Adhere strictly to response-time SLAs and follow established sales cadences.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluent in Dutch & English (written and spoken).
- Minimum 1.52 years of sales experience, ideally in tech or digital advertising.
- Proven track record of identifying high-potential opportunities and growing client investments over time.
- Strong understanding of business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologies.
- Excellent time management, organization, and independence in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable navigating a dynamic IT sales landscape.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Knowledge of digital advertising is a plus.
