As a B2B Digital Advertising Support Specialist, you will act as a trusted partner to advertisers, helping them troubleshoot product issues, optimize their campaign experience, and fully leverage advertising tools. Youll work at the intersection of marketing, technology, and customer success, where your impact will be visible from day one.

Key Responsibilities
Take an active role from day one in identifying initiatives to improve service quality and overall advertiser experience
Manage and resolve end-to-end product troubleshooting and advertiser inquiries across email and chat channels
- Own customer cases fully, collaborating closely with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams to resolve:
Technical issues
Product-related questions
Generic platform inquiries
Drive Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) by ensuring high service quality throughout the full case journey
Provide clear, proactive updates to advertisers at every touchpoint
Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while maintaining best-in-class productivity

Common issue types
Best practices for advertising success
Your Profile

Mandatory Requirements:
Proven experience in paid campaign management
Degree in Marketing or a related field
Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program for an Advertising Tech company
Strong familiarity with social media platforms and a solid understanding of digital advertising fundamentals
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Working Schedule
Initial Schedule (first phase):
Monday to Sunday | 07:00 – 19:00
- Rotating shifts:
07:00 – 16:00
10:00 – 19:00
2 rotating days off
Future Schedule (TBC by client):
24/7 rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: €920.00 gross/month (paid in 14 months)
Complexity Bonus: €40.00 gross/month (paid in 11 months)
Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day
Health Insurance: Available from Day 1 (monthly payment), Free after 6 months of contract; Note: Candidates must already have or obtain NIF and NISS to enroll
