What You'll Be Doing

You will act as the first point of contact for travelers facing unexpected disruptions. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing flight modifications, cancellations, and rebooking requests

  • Handling hotel booking issues and accommodation changes

  • Processing refunds and compensation cases

  • Supporting customers through multi-channel communication (calls, emails, chat)

  • Collaborating with travel partners, airlines, and internal systems

  • Ensuring fast, accurate, and empathetic resolution of customer cases

  • Maintaining high-quality service standards in a high-volume environment

What We Offer

  • Base Salary: 1,100.00€ gross/month

  • Language Bonus: 150.00€

  • Performance Bonus: up to 80.00€

  • Meal Allowance (SA): 7.00€/day

  • Bonus structure rewarding quality and efficiency

Working Schedule

This is a rotational schedule designed to ensure full coverage of global travel operations:

  • Monday – Friday: 13:00 – 22:00

  • Weekends: rotating shifts
    • 08:00 – 17:00

    • 13:00 – 22:00

  • Operating hours: 08:00 – 22:00

  • Working days: Monday to Sunday

  • Time zone: London Time

  • Days off: 2 rotational days per week

Who We're Looking For

  • Fluent French speaker (mandatory)

  • Comfortable working in international customer service environments

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle high-volume requests

  • Previous experience in travel, tourism, or customer support is a plus

  • A proactive mindset and genuine interest in helping customers
