What You'll Be Doing
You will act as the first point of contact for travelers facing unexpected disruptions. Your responsibilities include:
Managing flight modifications, cancellations, and rebooking requests
Handling hotel booking issues and accommodation changes
Processing refunds and compensation cases
Supporting customers through multi-channel communication (calls, emails, chat)
Collaborating with travel partners, airlines, and internal systems
Ensuring fast, accurate, and empathetic resolution of customer cases
Maintaining high-quality service standards in a high-volume environment

What We Offer
Base Salary: 1,100.00€ gross/month
Language Bonus: 150.00€
Performance Bonus: up to 80.00€
Meal Allowance (SA): 7.00€/day
Bonus structure rewarding quality and efficiency
Working Schedule
This is a rotational schedule designed to ensure full coverage of global travel operations:
Monday – Friday: 13:00 – 22:00
- Weekends: rotating shifts
08:00 – 17:00
13:00 – 22:00
Operating hours: 08:00 – 22:00
Working days: Monday to Sunday
Time zone: London Time
Days off: 2 rotational days per week
Who We're Looking For
Fluent French speaker (mandatory)
Comfortable working in international customer service environments
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle high-volume requests
Previous experience in travel, tourism, or customer support is a plus
A proactive mindset and genuine interest in helping customers
