Salary: €1,300 gross/month + up to 10% performance bonus

About the Project

Join one of Switzerlands leading financial institutions, a pioneer in digital payment and invoice solutions. After acquiring ByJuno in 2023 and merging with Swissbilling, the company empowers online and in-store businesses with flexible, secure, and modern payment methods.

As part of the Customer Support team, you will be the first point of contact for Swiss customers, ensuring a smooth, professional, and transparent payment experience.

Your Daily Responsibilities

In this customer-facing role, your responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound calls and emails in German (French or another Swiss language is a plus).

  • Providing Tier 1 support related to:
    • Invoice and payment clarifications

    • Reminder fees and billing questions

    • Basic collection-related inquiries

  • Updating customer records using internal tools and following up on payment or technical issues.

  • Collaborating with your team and escalating complex cases when needed.

  • Delivering empathetic, clear, and efficient support, reflecting the companys high trust standards.

Requirements

Languages:

  • German – C1 (Advanced, required)

  • English – B2 (Upper-Intermediate, required for training)

Education & Experience:

  • No prior experience required; full training provided

  • Background or interest in finance, payments, or economics is a plus

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Computer literacy and multitasking

  • Problem-solving mindset and adaptability

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: €1,300 gross/month

  • Performance bonus: up to 10% of gross salary

  • Paid training: 25 working days

  • Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–19:00
