About the Project
Join one of Switzerlands leading financial institutions, a pioneer in digital payment and invoice solutions. After acquiring ByJuno in 2023 and merging with Swissbilling, the company empowers online and in-store businesses with flexible, secure, and modern payment methods.
As part of the Customer Support team, you will be the first point of contact for Swiss customers, ensuring a smooth, professional, and transparent payment experience.
Your Daily Responsibilities
In this customer-facing role, your responsibilities include:
Handling inbound calls and emails in German (French or another Swiss language is a plus).
- Providing Tier 1 support related to:
Invoice and payment clarifications
Reminder fees and billing questions
Basic collection-related inquiries
Updating customer records using internal tools and following up on payment or technical issues.
Collaborating with your team and escalating complex cases when needed.
Delivering empathetic, clear, and efficient support, reflecting the companys high trust standards.
Requirements
Languages:
German – C1 (Advanced, required)
English – B2 (Upper-Intermediate, required for training)
Education & Experience:
No prior experience required; full training provided
Background or interest in finance, payments, or economics is a plus
Skills & Competencies:
Strong written and verbal communication
Computer literacy and multitasking
Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: €1,300 gross/month
Performance bonus: up to 10% of gross salary
Paid training: 25 working days
