Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support via phone and email.
• Assist customers with order management, deliveries, payments, and returns.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions.
• Support external sellers with inquiries and operational matters.
• Provide information regarding digital products and services.
• Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when necessary.
• Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch (mandatory).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve customer issues efficiently.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and online platforms.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• EU work authorization required.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• Rotating shifts
• Monday to Sunday
• Operating hours between 07:00 and 23:00
