Your Mission

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping customers manage their digital wallet accounts while ensuring a smooth and secure financial experience.

You'll handle both customer support and collections-related interactions, making a real difference in customers' financial journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound & outbound calls, as well as written communication

  • Support customers with account funding and transactions

  • Negotiate payment solutions and secure commitments to pay

  • Investigate and resolve account and collection-related queries

  • Educate customers on account history, products & protection policies

  • Identify and support vulnerable customers with care and empathy

  • Coordinate with internal teams and transfer cases when needed

  • Accurately update systems with call outcomes and next steps

  • Schedule follow-ups and ensure consistent customer engagement


What We're Looking For

Dutch (C2 level) + English (B2+)
1–2 years of experience in customer support, retail, hospitality, or call center
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced, target-driven environments
Tech-savvy with good knowledge of MS Office & online tools
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
A proactive mindset with a focus on results and customer satisfaction

Experience in FinTech, financial services, or online payments is a strong advantage!
