Paid training duration: 15 days
Compensation & Rewards
Base monthly salary: €1,300 gross
Food allowance: Up to €80/month (based on on-site attendance)
- Productivity bonus: Up to €160/month (performance-based)
Relocation Support (two options):
All expenses covered – flight, hotel stay, and real estate agency fee
€250 relocation allowance + real estate agency fee (for those relocating independently)

As a BOT Quality Analyst, you'll ensure that customer–bot interactions are accurate, compliant, and genuinely helpful—directly influencing how millions of users experience cutting-edge technology.
Your Role: BOT Quality & Improvement Analyst
You will evaluate and improve customer–bot interactions across chat-based channels, ensuring the automated system delivers the highest quality responses.
Key Responsibilities
Review and assess bot-generated responses across all supported workflows
Evaluate intent recognition and response accuracy, relevance, and compliance
- Identify:
Incorrect or misleading answers
Irrelevant responses or hallucinations
Missed resolution opportunities
Unnecessary or incorrect escalations
Document knowledge gaps, content inaccuracies, and missing workflows
Recommend improvements to intents, training data, and dialogue flows
Flag policy violations, bias, unsafe content, or guideline misalignment
Support continuous quality improvement for BOT interactions
Top Contact Drivers / Scenarios
Errors in BOT responses
Grammar or syntax mistakes
Issue misidentification
Failure to provide a response
What We're Looking For
Experience
Preferred background in Quality Assurance or Quality Monitoring
Solid understanding of quality fundamentals in customer interactions
Strong ability to identify insights and improvement opportunities

Advanced PC literacy
Typing speed 25 WPM with 85% accuracy
